How will you contribute to our success?

  • Crew management:
  • Supervising crew coordinators in their day-to-day current functions such as the following below but not limited to:
  • Planning and appointment of personnel to vessels in accordance with CSL procedures, agreed terms & conditions of employment as per CBA’s (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and specified experience/ qualification requirements
  • Crew change and rotation planning ensuring timely relief and effective cost management
  • Performing full cycle recruitment for officers and shipboard personnel
  • Ensuring that seafarers’ training requirements are met
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of the company’s shipboard personnel are available and maintained within the crewing system
