• Prepare and send out customer invoicing along with necessary supporting documents
• Prepare invoicing to CSL affiliates
• Record invoice transactions to the appropriate software
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and communicate collection status to relevant individuals
• Analyze and reconcile select General Ledger accounts each month (cost recovery accounts, intercompany accounts, accounts receivable, revenue accounts and other pertinent accounts)
• Ensure cash deposits are properly recorded in the accounting records
• Assist with the annual audit

• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Basic proficiency with accounting systems and MS Excel
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
