• Managing the supply chain. ensuring that goods and services are procured efficiently and delivered on-time to support the organization’s operations and strategic goals
• Investigate relevant suppliers and submit Request for Quote through procurement software and where required negotiate with external stakeholders
• Coordinate purchase orders in ORACLE and ensure company procedure guidelines are followed for the complete order cycle
• Foster alternate supply channels to mitigate risks associated with single source dependencies
• Administer the received quotes in purchasing software and expedite at discetion
• Issue Purchase Orders-Oversee the processing of purchase orders and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures in a timely manner

•  Minimum of 3 years experience in the role as Procurement Coordinator or similar role
• Sound understanding of computer software systems – relating to ship purchases (i.e. – Shipsure, SAP/Oracle, etc.)
