• Work in collaboration with the client of the mining industry on-site to balance client needs and CSL’s interests
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and security measures
• Provide regular performance reports to CSL management and the vessel manager
• Assist the vessel with technical matters and liaise with the technical superintendent to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate and manage crew change logistics
• Supervise local agents and suppliers and monitor expenses

• Energetic, innovative, hardworking, positive attitude, sense of urgency, team player
• Ability to bridge European and Guinean cultures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• In-depth knowledge of local customs and tax procedures
• Understanding of Guinea and international trade, contracts, and tariffs
• Strong internal and external customer orientation, good conflict resolution skills
