•  Assist the Vessel manager in planning, controlling and execution of activities connected with maintenance, repairs, survey and certificate requirements, dry-docking, conversion or modification of assigned vessels
• Assist the Vessel Manager in formulating a dynamic work plan and action list, to ensure that the vessel is maintained in accordance with the Company's policy and to receive regular reports as to its progress. Assist in maintaining ISM Certification and formulate the shipboard annual audit plan to ensure that audits are progressed and findings closed out
• Monitor Fleet Shipsure inputs (vessel) with particular attention to PMS and highlight omissions or errors in the data entries
• Working with members of the Management Team to co-ordinate all relevant information required for the preparation of the vessel running cost budget
• Assist in controlling and monitoring the risk for assigned vessels and to act as part of the risk assessment team for shipboard procedures and operations when called upon to do so.
