• Own the roadmap for the Databricks data lake and AVEVA PI platform for data management
• Manage the full lifecycle of platform technical components from discovery through onboarding, evolution, and decommissioning
• Complete a comprehensive inventory of data assets across Databricks and AVEVA PI by discovering, cataloging, classifying, and enriching metadata for datasets, PI tags, streams, tables, models, reports, and APIs
• Assign and formalize data stewards and business owners for data domains and document roles, responsibilities, and accountability
• Implement and operationalize data quality management processes including defining quality rules, automating checks, alerting, and remediation workflows
• Maintain and operationalize core master data for CSL, such as vessels, ports and ranks

• Strategic product thinking balancing long-term platform vision with short-term delivery
• Strong stakeholder management across business, analytics, data engineering, OT, security, and vendor teams
• Data governance and stewardship leadership, including running governance councils
• Analytical decision making grounded in metrics and operational KPIs
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Agile delivery skills with backlog prioritization, sprint acceptance, and release coordination

Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
