How will you contribute to our success?

  • Provide second-level support for enterprise applications, including issue resolution, user guidance, and escalation when necessary.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Monitor and manage tickets using the ITSM platform, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation in both English and French.
  • Deliver training sessions and create communication materials to support application adoption and change management.
  • Analyze recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
